What is Tadalafil (10mg) used for?Tadalafil (10mg) is a prescription only medication (like Cialis) containing tadalafil. This product is not intended as a treatment for impotence or pulmonary hypertension (a condition where your body does not produce enough blood to carry out essential needs).
What is its use?Tadalafil (10mg) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. This medication is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the arteries carrying blood to the lungs).
What should I avoid while taking Tadalafil (10mg)?While taking Tadalafil (10mg) please be sure to follow the as directed by your doctor. Do not drink grapefruit juice or consume grapefruit juice while taking this medication. Do not take this medication if you are taking or have recently taken riociguat (Adempas) or nitrates (medicines used in the treatment of angina; used to treat chest pain).

What are the side effects of Tadalafil (10mg)?The most common side effects of Tadalafil (10mg) are: flushing (warmth, redness, or tightness in the skin), headache, dizziness, blurred vision, muscle pain, stomach upset, back pain, muscle pain, nausea, rash, itching, and/or weakness. In rare cases, some side effects may occur, which may be more likely to be permanent. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor.
In rare cases, tadalafil may cause more serious side effects, please contact your doctor or registered healthcare provider immediately. You may experience more severe side effects if you have any of the following conditions: a history of high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, unstable angina (chest pain), migraine headaches, seizures, fits (seizures), bleeding from the stomach or intestines or blood clots, severe liver problems, depression, depression known as major depressive disorder or mixed major depressive disorder (in patients aged ≥50) or other depression known or suspected, history of headaches, stomach ulcers, bleeding from the stomach or intestines or blood in the blood may occur, or rare cases of priapism (prolonged and painful erection).
How should I take Tadalafil (10mg)?Tadalafil (10mg) should be taken with a full glass of water (8-8.8 Cancellations). Tadalafil should be taken with or without food (8-8.8 Pharmacoid). Tadalafil should be taken with caution (see also Precautions section).

• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

Tadalafil belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, also called prostate enlargement, is the non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland.
Tadalafil contains ‘Tadalafil’, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate.
You are advised to take Tadalafil for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in the legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not split, crush or chew the tablet. It is not recommended to take Tadalafil at any time during the day, as it can cause drowsiness.
Do not take Tadalafil if youeteen eight (AUA) or More. You should not take Tadalafil if you haveeteen eight (24) before you.
This medicine is different from all other medicines when you take Tadalafil. All other medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (such as nitrates) and similar medicines, including Tadalafil, can cause drowsiness and dizziness. Therefore, you are not recommended to take this medicine if you are two or more months old.
If you are taking Tadalafil for a long time, then consider taking this medicine after a break of 24 hours. Tadalafil can stay in your body for up to 4 days, before working.
Tadalafil may slow down the processing of food particles in your intestines, which can lead to serious health issues. Therefore, you are not recommended to take Tadalafil with food as it can cause drowsiness.
If you have fits (seizers) or stomach cramps, stop taking Tadalafil and contact your doctor immediately. Your dose will be adjusted after 4-6 hours.
